Missions
McGill Baptist Church is actively engaged in missions locally in the Concord area, across the United States, and around the world. Through these efforts, we strive to serve those in need, share the love of Christ, and grow our Christian community by putting faith into action.
PRAYER REQUESTS
Each month, our ministerial staff sets aside intentional time to pray specifically for the needs of our church family. If you have a burden or blessing you’d like to share, please fill out the form below. All prayer requests are kept confidential unless you indicate otherwise.
Baptisms
We believe that baptism by immersion is the model given in the New Testament and is to be administered following a person’s public profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
Weddings
A wedding is a sacred celebration of a covenant to build a Christian home and live in faithful commitment to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. For this reason, weddings at McGill Baptist Church are reserved for members of our church family—specifically the bride, groom, or their parents or grandparents.
Funerals
A funeral or memorial service serves a dual purpose: it is both a service of worship, bearing witness to the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, and a time of gratitude to God for the life of a loved one. At McGill Baptist Church, our ministers, staff, and bereavement committee are here to walk alongside families with compassion and care during this sacred time.
