Youth Ministry
The McGill Youth ministry is made up of students in 6th through 12th grade. All are welcome here as we grow in our faith and serve the community together!
We believe that all students are called by God to discover their gifts and use them in servant leadership, worship, and discipleship. Our words and actions are rooted in God’s love.
Sunday Night Youth
We meet on Sunday evenings as scheduled September through May.
4:00pm – Youth Supper
4:30pm – Fellowship, Activities, and Bible Study
5:30pm – Dismissal
Missions
Throughout the year, our group partners with the Children’s Ministry to serve at 1Can of Cabarrus County. They sort and stock non-perishable foods, pack snack bags for Cabarrus County and Kannapolis City schools, and pack hygiene kits for unsheltered people in the community.
During the summer, our group along with adult volunteers travel to Hinton Rural Life Center in Hayesville, NC for one week to participate in home projects around the community. Our group has an opportunity to form new relationships, learn new skills, and experience God at work in magnificent ways!
